Yoga with weights! This class begins with a calm breath-led warm-up on the mat, moving from ankle and hamstring work into bridges, figure-four stretches, and core-lifting leg lowers. Then it builds into a standing sequence with light weights and a chair for support, including bicep curls, overhead presses, warrior shapes, triangle, and a final supported recline to settle everything back down.
