This therapeutic class moves slowly and thoughtfully, starting on the back with breath work, gentle spinal twists, and supported bridge variations using a block. It builds into low lunges, forearm plank, side-lying hip circles, seated mobility, and a supported twist before easing into a long, restful savasana with plenty of options for props and comfort throughout.
