Yoga for Active Aging with Karen • Wednesday May 27th, 2026
This class starts with centering and find the breath, then moves into a standing practice with a chair for balance and a set of weights for resistance training. We work through squats, rows, kickbacks, and bicep curls, interfused with yoga postures. The class winds down with mat-based core work, bridge variations, reclined thigh and figure-four stretches, and a long, restful close.
