If you’re feeling stiff in your body, or cluttered in your mind, this class is for you. We’ll move slowly and with gentle guidance, starting with grounded breath awareness then easing into supported stretches for the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. You’ll release tension from the thighs and hip flexors, stabilize the pelvis and strengthen the glutes. Then you’ll move to a restful finish with an inversion and savasana, all with a calm focus on finding space without forcing anything.
