This class starts with a slow, breath-led unpacking of the ribcage and front body, then gradually builds into a detailed exploration of backbends with lots of anatomy cues and plenty of options. Expect low lunge, plank, goddess, camel, bridge, core work, and a calming breathing practice near the end, all framed around the idea that your body’s shape and history are uniquely your own.
