This class uses resistance bands to build strength in a slow, steady way, starting with breath-led floor work and a hip stabilizing sequence before moving into core, ankle, thigh, and hip flexor work. You’ll get to your feet for some whole-body coordinated resistance exercises, then class winds down with hip-opening stretches and then a long, restful finish.
