This weights-based yoga class starts with breath-led grounding and gentle side bends before moving into a chair-supported standing sequence with weights. Expect bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, side arm lifts, diagonal pulls, and a few steady balance challenges, then a gradual wind-down into bridge, reclined core work, hip openers, twists, and a long final rest.
