A slow, thorough therapeutic class that starts low to the mat with supportive blocks and lots of time to notice how the breath feels in the body. Karen guides you through gentle hip openers, bridge work, side-lying glute activation, psoas stretching, seated core and spine wake-ups, then eases everything down with a long reclined twist and spacious savasana.
