Karen kicks off this class with a friendly “leg day” preview, then keeps the focus on lower-body strength with bands, blocks, and plenty of steady, approachable work. You’ll move through bridge lifts, side-lying leg circles, seated and standing resistance exercises, and a few shoulder and chest openers before winding down with figure-four stretches and a calm final rest.
