This class leans into steady, functional strength with band work: floor sequences build core stability and hip control, then working with a chair for support, we work on shoulder stabilization, triceps, biceps, and supported lunges. Karen keeps the pace approachable and clear, with plenty of options, a calm breath-led warmup, and a few well-earned release moments, including a gentle inversion and long final rest.
