This gentle, strength-focused class starts with breath-led grounding and lots of prop support, then builds into core and hip work with loop bands, a long stretchy band, blocks, and a chair. Karen guides you through steady balance, seated twists, standing squats, chair-assisted lunges, and final restorative shapes, all with an emphasis on smooth movement, postural support, and doing just enough to feel strong and stable.
