Karen opens this active aging class with a grounded breath practice, then moves into reclined leg work, bridge variations, and prop-supported core and stability work using light weights and a block between the thighs. From there, the class builds into chair-based standing strength with bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, lunges, balance work, and gentle twists, before winding down with a sustained bridge, happy baby, reclined spinal twists, and a restful close. It’s a steady, functional full-body class with plenty of options, and Karen keeps the pace thoughtful and adaptable throughout.
