Yoga for Active Aging with Karen • Saturday February 7th, 2026
Karen starts by letting you know this class will use resistance bands, then keeps the pace slow and steady with a full-body focus. Expect a mix of reclined glute and hamstring strengthening exercises, followed by reclined core work. We then move to seated banded arm strengthening and shoulder stabilization movements, followed by chair-supported standing postures with resistance bands to add more tone. We finish with stretches, supported twists and rest.
