Yoga for Active Aging with Karen • Wednesday February 4th, 2026
Karen leads a dynamic active-aging class that keeps the whole body busy with a steady mix of warm-ups, balance work, and strength training. You’ll use light weights, a block, and a chair for creative resistance work—glute strengthening, core-driven movements, supported lunges, hip and hamstring work, and a few thoughtful chair and wall variations before easing into reclined stretches and a long savasana.
