Yoga for Active Aging with Karen • Monday February 2nd, 2026
This class blends steady, beginner-friendly strength work with calm breath and lots of smart prop support. Karen uses resistance bands, a block, and a chair to build functional strength through bridges, core work, supported balance, and standing arm and leg work, all with plenty of reminders to keep the movements comfortable and adjustable. It’s a grounding way to wake up the body, steady the joints, and start the week with a little extra energy.
