Karen starts this therapeutic class by slowing everything way down: belly breathing, spinal awareness, and an invitation to notice where you’re gripping before you move. From there, she guides a thoughtful mix of supported hip work, hamstring and outer-leg stretches, gentle core-engaging leg circles, and plenty of prop-friendly floor shapes, ending in a long recline with supported bound angle and savasana. It’s calm, careful, and especially welcoming if you want a restorative class that gives your joints, hips, and nervous system a little extra breathing room.
