We use the breath as an anchor throughout the class, letting it guide when to continue, soften, modify, or stop, and returning again and again to what is available in our bodies today. The movement emphasis is on healthy hips and back through gentle floor work, core support, standing balance and lunge variations, forward folds, backbends, a squat, figure-four work, and a final supported inversion with twists.
