This class starts with an invitation to notice your whole field of experience, and a reminder that you are the curator of this experience. The movement practice begins as a standing warm-up and builds into supported balance work, squats, and lunges with weights. Later, a resistance band is used for glute work and standing hip opening, before the class settles into chair-supported stretches, gentle core work, and a long, soft landing on the mat. The tone stays careful and spacious throughout, with lots of room to move slowly and choose the level of support that feels right.
