Yoga for Active Aging with Karen • Monday June 15th, 2026
This yoga weights fusion class starts with a gentle standing warm-up that begins with a joint-freeing sequence to warm the body. Then we move into a upper body toning on a yoga pose base, with dynamic resistance exercise to tone and stabilize the shoulders, arms, upper back and core. Then we head to the mat for a final sequence of strengthening (core and glutes) before releasing into stretches, an inversion, and a restful finish.
