This class opens with a gentle, grounded breath practice and then gets right into the good stuff: resistance bands and functional strength work. Karen guides you through glute and hamstring lifts, core-control leg work, side-lying hip strength, seated rows, and balance practice that even plays with closing your eyes to wake up proprioception. It wraps with hip-opening stretches, reclined bound angle, and a long, restful savasana to balance out the mindful conditioning practice.
