Karen opens with a grounding breath practice and a steady reminder to move at your own pace, then builds into a lively flow with plank holds, low lunge, warrior sequences, side plank, half moon, and a playful wild thing option. The class weaves in balance work, hip-openers, and a few curious strength challenges, including internal resistance through the inner thigh, all with plenty of space to soften the shoulders and breathe well. It finishes with a long release on the floor and a quiet return to stillness, so you can leave feeling both energized and settled.
