Karen opens with a gentle reset, inviting you to settle in, slow the breath, and use a band mainly for stretching before letting the class grow into a little more support work. From there she moves through reclined leg circles, bridge work with a block, seated band exercises, lunge variations, twists, standing balance, and a long, supported finish that includes a thigh stretch, a restorative inversion option, and savasana.
