Karen leads a lively, beginner-friendly active aging class that starts with breathwork and gentle reclined warm-ups before building into chair-based strength, balance, and coordination work. Expect a lot of thoughtful functional movement with light weights and blocks—bridges, core work, single-leg balance, side lunges, rows, bicep curls, and triceps work—plus a few grounding stretches and a calm wind-down.
