Karen guides a slow, supportive therapeutic class that starts by finding ease in whatever posture your body can manage, then settles into breath awareness, gentle reclined warm-ups, and lots of careful hip and leg work. From there the class moves through bridge rolls, tabletop mobility, low lunges, standing balances, warrior shapes, and a deeply restorative finish with supported back-body opening, twists, and savasana.
