This gentle therapeutic class starts with breath work to settle the mind, then moves through supported hip-openers, ankle circles, spinal mobilization, and careful side-to-side strengthening. Karen keeps the pace slow and specific, with lots of options using blocks and props, finishing with bridge, a reclined twist, and a long, restful savasana to help everything unwind.
