Karen opens with a steady, spacious start on the mat, easing into breathwork, gentle waves through the body, and a clear focus on releasing tension as you go. From there, the class builds into resistance-band work for the hips, core, and glutes, then moves to a chair and standing sequence with bicep curls, tricep work, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, triangle, and supported leg lifts. It finishes with hip-flexor opening, reclined bound angle, and a long, restful landing.
