Karen opens this therapeutic class with diaphragmatic breathing and an invitation to soften tension around the belly, jaw, and shoulders before moving into gentle floor work. From there, she builds gradually through supported bridge variations with a block, side-to-side spinal mobility, half-straddle folds, lunge and warrior shapes, a standing balance, and a restful finish with twists, a reclined hip release, and savasana.
