From there, the practice moves into a steady, power-leaning flow with low and high lunges, twists, warrior shapes, side angle variations, boat, core work, crow prep, and a hip-opening finish before a restful shavasana. The pacing stays calm but energetic, with plenty of room to adjust, breathe, and find a little more ease in the effort.
