This gentle class opens by settling into supported stillness, then uses slow breath awareness and small, careful movements to help ground the nervous system. From there, Karen guides a thoughtful mix of low-to-the-mat hip work, side-lying mobility, lunge and twist variations, core-friendly stabilization, and plenty of options with blocks and bolsters to keep things spacious and comfortable. The class winds down with supported bridge, reclined hip openers, a calming twist, and a long final rest.
