Karen opens this weight-resistance class by moving us through bridge rolls, reclined core work. Then we come to our feet, and work with full body movements like standing lunges, twists, triangle, pyramid, and balance challenges, using weights throughout for added strength-and-conditioning. The class closes with reclined hip stretches and a quiet savasana, leaving plenty of room for ease and reset.
