Karen opens with a New Year welcome and a reminder that the bands are there for resistance training, but always optional if you want to keep things simpler. This class stays grounded in functional strength with plenty of work for the glutes, inner and outer hips, core, shoulders, and upper back — think banded bridge work, seated resistance exercises, chair plank, and a calm finish with hip stretches and a restful inversion.
