This class builds from creating space in the body and the breath, then working with this physical space to allow peace of mind to develop from within. Expect a lively flow with chair twists, lunges, eagle, side angle, half moon, crow, and a few shoulder-conscious vinyasas, all guided with lots of options and reminders to keep it safe, spacious, and kind.
