Chris opens this multi-level flow class with an invitation to move at your own pace, offering plenty of options, rest stops, and props along the way. The class builds through breath-led vinyasa, supported lunges, warrior shapes, side plank variations, and a playful crow pose option, then softens into a seated inversion and a long breath practice before a spacious Shavasana.
