This class opens with a calm check-in focused on hips, then moves through supported butterfly, side-bending over the bolster, and gentle kneeling twists with plenty of options to adjust the shape. Heather also uses a small ball for some targeted glute and upper-back release, plus a long, restorative finish with leg stretches and savasana to help you land softly at the end of the day.
