This deep stretch yin class moves slowly through butterfly, seated twists, dragonfly, swan, and a long shavasana, with lots of prop options along the way so you can really land in the shape that fits your body. Heather also layers in a little ball therapy for the upper back and base of the skull, using gentle rolling and targeted pressure to soften the neck, shoulders, and chest before you settle into final rest.
