This class opens with an invitation to make the practice feel uniquely yours. Then, it builds from gentle core work on the back into a steadily warmer flow. You’ll be guided through twists, warrior two, eagle arms, side angle, triangle, wide-legged folds, balancing tree and eagle, and a thoughtful choice between pigeon or figure four before a long, well-earned rest.
