In this class we work towards extended triangle pose. Starting with a slow, breath-led landing, we flow through lunge variations, warriors, tree and when ready, settled into a spacious triangle pose. The class winds down with bridge, reclined figure four, a gentle supported inversion option, and a long savasana to let everything land quietly.
