This flowing class opens with a strong breath focus, inviting you to settle into the body, set an intention if you’d like, and move from there with plenty of organic motion. Expect repeated vinyasa-style rounds with low lunge, twisting lizard, pyramid, warrior III, half moon variations, a playful arm-balance option, core work, an inversion, and a long closing breath practice with box breathing and a soothing twist into rest. The teacher also brings a unique little thread to the practice, talking about clearing out “granthis” — those places where things get stuck — so the whole class feels purposeful, spacious, and a bit reflective.
