This class moves slowly and deliberately, using breath to guide every shape and giving plenty of room pauses along the way. You’ll flow through grounding standing postures, building towards dancer and warrior III Then, you’ll settle into a soft finish with bridge, reclined figure four, and a calming twist. The emphasis throughout is on intentional effort and letting go of extra tension, so the practice feels steady, spacious, and strengthening.
