Chris opens with an invitation to modify, rest, or skip anything that doesn’t feel safe, then builds into a dynamic flow that keeps coming back to breath, whole-body coordination, and inner-thigh engagement. Expect a playful, strengthening practice with repeated lunge-to-warrior variations, tree pose, goddess, a creative bird of paradise journey, and a grounding finish with longer exhalations and plenty of spacious rest.
