Chris opens this class by inviting you to notice how busy thoughts can follow us onto the mat. From there, the practice builds into a steady, strengthening flow with lunges, three-legged dog, hip openers, balances, and a little core-work. Then we move into a breathing practice, some gentle twisting to rinse out the spine, and a long finish in shavasana.
