Chris leads a breath-centered flow that keeps coming back to one clear idea: let the breath move first, then let the body follow. After a grounded opening with rib-cage breathing, ujjayi, and lots of reminders about pauses at the top of the inhale and bottom of the exhale, the class builds into standing sequences, warrior shapes, side angle, a squat-and-crow option, and a long finish with inversion time and active breath holds.
