Chris guides a breath-led flow that starts with a grounded, careful warm-up on the back, then builds into lunge, warrior, plank, side plank, and a playful mix of twisting and knee-to-elbow work. The class keeps returning to precise breath control, steady alignment, and the idea of moving with control and awareness, then winds down with core work, camel, a reclined inversion, and a spacious Shavasana framed as the practice of non-doing.
