Heather opens with a gentle invitation to settle into the present moment, using breath and a four-count rhythm to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. From there, the class moves through long-held twists, butterfly, wall-supported side opening, hamstring and low-back ball massage, strap-assisted leg stretches, dragon into swan on both sides, and a supported hip flexor release before a restful shavasana.
