This class builds around warrior three in lots of clever ways—on your back, in lunge variations, from three-legged dog, and with plenty of balance drills to help the shape make more sense in the body. Chris keeps returning to the idea of upward energy, strong backs, and keeping the spine long, with supportive options like blocks, a deeper warm-up for the hamstrings, and a few grounding pauses along the way.
