Chris leads a lively flow that keeps building heat through breath-led vinyasa, strong standing shapes, and plenty of balance work. You’ll move through dancer into warrior III, play with arm balances in a wide squat, and settle everything down with supported inversion options, twists, and a long, restful finish. The class also opens with alternate nostril breathing, setting a clear, focused tone before the movement picks up.
