Chris opens the class with an invitation to notice what this practice is for you today, then builds into a steady flow of standing shapes, twists, side angle, half moon, side plank, and a balance sequence. Expect lots of options, clear alignment cues, and a gradual rise in energy before winding down with a forearm plank series, a long balance challenge, and a calming exhale practice in reclined bound angle and final rest.
