Chris starts with an invitation to soften and ground; and to keep the practice exploratory rather than rigid. From there the class moves through grounded flow work with eagle shapes, lunges, warrior three, a supported pigeon variation, a little arm-balancing option, and a gentle inversion before winding down into twists and a long rest.
