This class moves steadily between breath work, strong standing shapes, and plenty of spacious transitions, with Chris repeatedly instructing to keep the shoulders soft, the neck lengthened, and the breath smooth. Expect a flowy, power-leaning practice with warrior variations, three-legged dog, fallen triangle, and a long closing breathing practice that settles down into a calm finish.
