We may shy away from thinking about death, but the uncomfortable part may not be the fact that’s it’s certain, but that it holds impassible unknowns. In this contemplative guided meditation, we will rest our mind on death to feel life in its delicate beauty.

This meditation is inspired by Training in Compassion: Zen Teachings on the Practice of Lojong.
